1. FUNCTIONALITY
The RS ROOFS 5 system supports roofing materials calculations.
2. RESTRICTIONS
COMMERCIAL version allows to keep calculated offers on cloud area. In case of exceed space limit, user can download old offers and store the on own hard drive. If the COMMERCIAL account will expire and the user will not prolong the period, his data will be kept on server during one month. User can use the system with the COMMERCIAL account functionality during the whole term of subscription 24/7 (7 days a week, 24 hours a day) except failure cases and announced interruptions due maintenance.
3. RESPONSIBILITY
ZASOBY.PL - SYSTEMY INFORMATYCZNE is not responsible for the loss of property because of bugs in the system or incorrect system usage.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
ZASOBY.PL - SYSTEMY INFORMATYCZNE undertakes not to share data stored on the server, which are owned by users. Users are not allowed to share login data to people from outside the represented company.
5. PAYMENT
After sending the order you will receive electronic invoice PROFORMA with bank account and the price to pay. After payment of the subscription fee, you can use the system for a period of one year. You will get the Commercial Invoice immediately after your account is activated. The account will be extended for another period of subscription. Without payment COMMERCIAL account will be locked out and during the next month stored data will be deleted.
6. REFUSAL OF SALE AND PROTECTION OF BUSINESS INTERESTS
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the sale, conclude a license agreement, or provide services if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that:
- the acquisition or use of the Software could lead to a violation of the Seller’s intellectual property rights,
- the Software may be used for analysis, decompilation, reverse engineering, or the creation of competing solutions,
- there is a risk of disclosure of the Seller’s trade secrets or other confidential information,
- the Buyer acts on behalf of or for the benefit of an entity conducting business activities competitive to the Seller.
- In the cases mentioned above, the Seller may refuse the sale, withdraw from order fulfillment, restrict system access, or revoke an issued license — without incurring any liability for damages towards the Buyer.
- The Seller is not obliged to disclose the reasons for the refusal of sale or access revocation, provided that such actions are taken to protect its legitimate business interests.
- The Buyer undertakes not to use the Software for competitive purposes or in any manner that could infringe upon the Seller’s intellectual property rights.
7. PROHIBITION OF REVERSE ENGINEERING AND SOFTWARE ANALYSIS
The Buyer agrees not to perform any actions aimed at discovering the structure, functioning, source code, or logic of the Software, including but not limited to:
- decompilation, disassembly, or reverse engineering,
- analysis of network traffic, data structures, or communication protocols,
- modification, circumvention of security mechanisms, or removal of copyright notices.
The prohibition described above applies regardless of the purpose of such actions, including but not limited to attempts to:
- integrate the Software with other systems,
- test compatibility,
- analyze performance,
- develop competing solutions.
In the event of a breach of this clause:
- the license shall be immediately terminated,
- the Seller reserves the right to block access to the Software,
- the Seller may claim compensation for damages and initiate legal proceedings to protect its business interests.
The actions described in this section may constitute an act of unfair competition within the meaning of Articles 11–12 of the Polish Act on Combating Unfair Competition (Journal of Laws 2022, item 1233) and a violation of copyright under the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of 4 February 1994.
